Black Knight begins with an intense first-strike of hoppiness followed by a flanking attack of roasty, chocolate malts. Contrary to the sheer mass of hops that went into this beer, its bitterness is smooth, rounded and rich – never overwhelming. This beer knows not of good, nor of evil, only pure merciless hop-filled tastiness.
