Kettle soured with our house lactobacillus culture, fermented on Mango concentrate with our house Brettanomyces culture, and then refermented on freshly cut Ataulfo mangoes. Chroma Key Mango features a nose of funky tropical fruit and subtle flavours of mango, passionfruit, and melon. Sour, effervescent and bone dry.
Shelf-life: 12+ months, store refrigerated or store at cellar temperatures.
Malts: 2-Row (Rahr), Pale Wheat, Munich II, Toasted Flaked Wheat, Caramunich I
