CHROMA KEY (TANGERINE)

Part of our ongoing series of fruited, sour saisons. This Tangerine infused sour shows off its fruited heritage with a glowing, hazy orange. Tart, crisp, and funky this version of Chroma Key expresses light floral, orange, and grape flavours imparted by the combination of fruit, hops and our house blend of brettanomyces.

Shelf-life: 12+ months, store refrigerated or store at cellar temperatures.

Malts: 2-Row, Rolled Oats, Malted Oats, Pale Wheat, Munich II, Caramunich I
Hops: El Dorado, Centennial
Yeast: Vermont Ale, Halo Brett Blend (hichew)
Adjuncts: Tangerine Juice Concentrate, Amylo 300, Fungal Alpha-Amylase
