CODOMINANCE (BLACKBERRY X BLACK CURRANT)

Two of our favourite fruits combine in this hoppy, dark berry IPA. This version of Codominance is loaded with foreground flavours of red grape juice, blackberry, and dark cherry. A background of hop resin subtly balances the intense fruit qualities, becoming more prominent towards the finish. If purple was a flavour, it may very well be exemplified by this beer.

Hops: Magnum, Citra, Belma, El Dorado, Amarillo, Simcoe
Yeast: Vermont Ale
