Overtones of ripe Bartlett Pear and Gala Apple dominate this variant of our Sour IPA, a unique twist to the usual citrus/grapefruit hop-dominated profile. The orchard-forward characteristics of the Quince bring a softness and roundness to the punchier sour qualities of Shapeshifter.
