UNFORESEEN CONSEQUENCES

Bottled in March 2019, this aged wine-fruit beer hybrid has evolved into a complex amalgam of flavours, with characteristics of vinous, floral strawberry and background hints of phenolic, musty funk. Unforeseen Consequences is effervescent, crisp, tart, and mineral like a dry sparkling rosé, presenting as a straw-peach colour with a delicate lacing and lasting white foam.

Shelf-life: 12+ months, store at cellar temperatures.
