TEN EIGHTY

A beer to celebrate our third orbit around the sun. Ten Eighty is a feisty one – this boozy imperial saison hides its ABV exceptionally well in a profile that could best be described as "tart champagne jam". Juicy-jammy characteristics dominate the upfront palate with flavours of rhubarb and all manners of dark and red berry. The mid-to-finish is an upheaval of tart, vineous, super-dry champagne effervescence. The perfect beer to celebrate an anniversary.

Shelf-life: 2 years and beyond, keep at cellar temperatures.
