KALEIDOSCOPE (CHARDONNAY)

This variation on our Kaleidoscope series of Wine Imperial IPAs features a floral nose with hints of tropical fruit and a flavour loaded with clementine, tangerine and light bursts of stone fruit. Loads of Chardonnay Grape Must coupled with a large amount of dry hopping give the impression of a bright, floral, hoppy wine-fruit-salad (...or a white wine sangria ...or a tropical fruit mimosa).

Shelf-life: Up to 3 months, keep refrigerated, drink fresh!

Malts: 2-Row (Rahr), Pale Ale, Golden Promise, Carafoam, Chit, Pale Wheat
Hops: Columbus, Centennial, Amarillo, Citra, Idaho7
Yeast: Vermont Ale
Adjuncts: Maltodextrin, Chardonnay Grape Must, Malic Acid, Citric Acid, Lactic Acid
