RIPPLE - ECLIPSE

Introducing the 4th batch of Ripple, our Little IPA, this time with Eclipse hops front and centre. The goal with Ripple, as always, is to craft a delicious beer that drinks like its a full and juicy IPA, but coming in at only 4% abv. Citra and Mosaic hops are retained in the background, and with the help of Eclipse, it delivers sweet orange, bright tropical character, and a soft bitterness. On tap only!

Malts: 2-Row, Pilsner, White Wheat Malt, Carafoam, Caramalt, Rolled Oats, Malted Oats
Hops: Eclipse, Citra, Mosaic, Centennial
