This double dry hopped version of our Test Pattern series features the orchard fruit and soft citrus characteristics of the New Zealand hop, Pacifica. Strong aromas and flavours of orange and red apple pair with hints of white grape and a light floral quality. Starts full and sweet and finishes with a light pithiness.

Shelf-life: Up to 3 months, keep refrigerated, drink fresh!

Malts: 2-Row (Rahr), Golden Promise, Pale Wheat, Toasted Flaked Wheat, Malted Oats, Chit
Hops: Magnum, Pacifica
Yeast: Vermont Ale
