Tons of sweet and tart cherry went into this rendition of Shapeshifter. The result is a deep red-mauve haze topped with a light pink foam. Aromas of ripe cherry and citrus along with flavours of grapefruit, tart cherry, and red berry. Sourness is present from start to finish with a mild sweetness and the lightness of the fruit pectin filling out the rest of the mouthfeel.
Shelf-life: Up to 3 months, keep refrigerated, drink fresh!
Malts: 2-Row (Rahr), Golden Promise, Pale Ale, Toasted Flaked Wheat, Pale Wheat, Carafoam, Acidulated
Hops: Simcoe, Amarillo, Citra, Moteuka, Mosaic
Yeast: Vermont Ale
